See this question: How do I append data to a '<ul>'[^]
The <ul> part displays differently inside the question and from the list...
If you encode it it displays right in the list but not for the question page.
Without encoding it is right in the question page but totally missing in the list...

In FireFox, the Helpouts box is appearing behind right side panel in "Quick Question and Answers Section". Screenshot - _Bug__Helpouts_Bug_In_FireFox.PNG (123.4 KB).

In IE, Helpouts is absent. Screenshot - _Bug__Helpouts_Bug_In_IE.PNG (221.5 KB).

Hmm. It supports IE10+ so that shouldn't be the issue.

I tested again. No issues with FireFox now. But this does not appear on IE 10.

Hello Chris,
I tested for this on IE version 11.0.9600 on my system. The google+expert icon itself is not viewable.
Is it not active for now?

Articles | Search menu option should default the search to just Articles

If I choose Search under the articles menu the Search page is loaded and the filter for Everything is selected. If we are coming from the search menu item underneath articles it would be nice for it to default to just Articles.
