As already mentioned this problem is not with my Articles only I think this bug is impacting many other code-project articles which is causing authors to lose their download points and they (download points) are going to this article “http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/375892/Adding-SMS-notifications-to-your-Windows-Azure-pro”. I think severity of this bug is quite high and need to be considered on priority as its impacting so many members of codeproject

If there is a "Source code or demo file downloaded" row in my rep history, the name of the downloaded file is correct, but the link to the article goes to the wrong article. Most links (but not all) go to this article[^], which is not mine.

I am being denied permission to vote. I get this when I vote:
"You must have a confirmed email address to vote"
I already have! But then again, I play along and click on the link (in "confirmed email address"), which take me to a page "Send Email Confirmation Request" which says --- "A confirmation email has been sent"
Okay, but I never get the email. I checked spam folder as well. 
Seems like email confirmation logic is broken.
I have this problem for more than a year now. 
Can anyone help?

Possibly a daft question, but have you checked the email address is correct in your settings?

My email is correct. I just checked again in "my contact info".

Another thing, I have subscribed to the conversation here, "E-mail me if someone replies to this message". I see that you have replied here, I did not get any email.
My contact info shows right email, but the emails are not coming through. Its broken!

Somewhere along the way our emails are being blocked. Have you added us to your whitelist? Checked spam blockers? Checked your junk email folders?

I have just seen another example of a Q&A closed by just two (fairly new) CPians; sorry no link as it has disappeared. I would suggest we need considerably more (and weighted) votes before a message is closed.

I often report questions where OP dumps the code and nothing is clear. I avoid reporting if lil bit explanation can help some one.But as per this question is concerned, some code would have helped resolve the issue [I don't know the solution though].
I solely agree that weighted votes would help. As per as i know, newbies get flag at just 1000 Authority points.

Just a quick comment. Although you only see two members listed, that does not mean they were the only ones reporting the post. The third member just did not select the same report option as the other two.
I am not arguing against weighted votes, but I recall CM recently saying it would make things worse (I think it was related to abuse votes on members, but I assume he feels the same about posts).

Sometimes I need to discuss with an author about his article. I need "Last Activity" of the author at this site, so that I can think how much the member is active. It should on profile page as "Last Activity at 28-May-2014 10:00 AM".

Response does not depend on last activity i think. E.g. if i am inactive here for some 2 years and if i find some reasonable comment and mail notification regarding the same, i would think of reply. It depends on Author's choice. If you feel to discuss something,leave a comment and if the Author feels it,he/she will let you know. I have seen that many times.

Yes I know. A mail notification is sent but if a member is not active on CP more than 2 years. May be the reason would be SOMETHING else rather than not getting any Reasonable Comment.

I meant to say that Author can be incative here,but not at email address. If you leave comment then Author will get email regarding the same and can see your comment in his/her mail box. If he thinks that this comment should be replied,he will.
