Hi,
I am getting multiple message boards when I view some articles in moderation.
I see two DIV in the source:
_MessageBoardctl00_PublishedVersionForum_GeneralComments
and
_MessageBoardctl00_MessageBoard

That's always been the case for new versions of already-published articles.
The first one is for discussions relating to the version of the article in the moderation queue. When the article is approved or rejected, those discussions go away.
The second one is for discussions relating to the article in general. They will stay will the article through any future versions.
The text does explain that, but I guess it could be made more obvious somehow.

This is trivial, but we're programmers and we always prefer accuracy...
Right after submitting a new question, I looked at the list of my questions. The question I had submitted only two minutes prior was marked as having been submitted four hours ago. Is something picking up the wrong time zone?

This looks like clickbait to me, rather than a legitimate ad:
I have CP whitelisted in uBlock, but animated ads that look like clickbait are one of the reasons I have "no ads" set for sites by default...

Not all ads have a blue cross - so I assumed it was part of the ad. And I'm not clicking anywhere near clickbait, it only encourages them!

That little blue cross is added by Developermedia (Codeproject) with the purpose that you can report them.
If you hover over the cross you get a popup tag saying "Report ad".
And it even seems to work. The few I've reported has never shown up again.
Sometimes the cross is missing though due to CSS or whatever from the ad itself.
If you see a similar blue cross in the upper right corner it's the same thing, but from Google Adchoices.

This user[^] signed up today, and has the username "i".
That username is also assigned to this user[^], who has been a dormant member for nearly 18 years.

Just to add more info to the bug, it looks like the newly signed up user have set their alias to @i, which should not have been possible.
In other words, the user names are different but with the same alias.

Hey there,
month after month, when I see the article contest "please vote" banner, I ask myself "why don't they have a category Mobile Development"?
Is it, because the frequency of mobile articles (android, ios, ...) is too low here on CP?
While, of course, C++ and C# are very likely the categories with the highest article frequency (by far...), still the question is "why nothing about mobile"... Today's IT world is all about mobile and cloud - maybe put those two together in a new voting category?
I personally have almost no touch with C++ or web development, so it's always a click in the C# section and a quick look through everything else, but there are often topics that are... well "everything else"
What do you think about that?
