You do have your 08:07 message but there is no sign of another anywhere I can see. This hasn't happened to me for a while, but there was a spate of 'em, mostly with QA answers a few weeks ago IIRC. Tried everything I could think of... even swaped the browser... still nothing. I'm using computers for a looong time, never seen anything like this before... I also tried changing the password on my account, it is weird system I also never seen anywhere before... I can then open the ZIP file, and extract the project with no problems. I'm using Chrome Version 72.0.3626.119 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Win 10 Version 803 (OS Build 17134.590), with uBlock Origin v1.18.4 with www.codeproject.com in the whitelist. Have you tried with up-to-date Chrome? It shouldn't make any difference since Comodo and Chrome are both Chromium based, but ... another variable removed can't hurt.
