Can you guide me how it will possible which dll and functions will solve this with few line of code??

You are joking, I assume. If you only want to write a 'few lines of code', that's not really programming, is it ? There's plenty of samples on this site on how to do live video feeds, but the more you use out of the box solutions and just plumb them together, the further away you are from ever becoming a programmer.

sorry i didnt mean just few lines of code i mean using any dll or class may be this will easy task. i find few sample but unable to run dew to previous resions and dll missing etc etc

Your comment is worthless, and is exactly the opposite of what was said. You can't say 'I need to write skype'. You can use skype all you like, and if you want to write your own, do some research, look at the articles online, work through the issues, read the articles and download the files you need. Be a programmer, don't ask us to give you the answer, not at this vague level
