Need to create stringbuliderclass at client side

I don't want to write stringbuilder class at codebehind want to create at client side

like

function stringbuilderclass()
{
var stringbuilder;
stringbuilder.append();
}

and here access your code behind datatable data here(ex datatable=classBAL.DisplayStudentDetails())

is it possible...???
