Build error in .vdproj

I am getting below error when we are building our .vdproj

'The command you are attempting cannot be completed because the file '<filename>' is under source code control and is not checked out'

I have seen few portal when they are saying it is issue with VS 2010 SP 1 and Microsoft has released a hotfix for this but i am not able to get the hotfix for this error Anyone has this hotfix kindly provide

It would be your best shot.. What sort of program are you making? Are there any faults in the .vdproj file?
