To implement drag and drop in mfc

Hi all ,
I want to develop drag and drop feature in mfc just the it does in windows .Could anyone just tell me some pointers to achieve it .I know you need to override LButtonDown ,MouseMove,LButtonUp events but what exactly I need to put in these events I am not figure it out.

thanks for answering but this does not solve the problem .Actually I wanted to implement drag and drop where if I select a file say image file then when u drag it to some other place you can see some blur image of it and wherever you drop it it is is copied there.
