I am now going to finish my BSc.IT and I want to pursue my career in .NET. Which are the career options in .NET and which tech should I learn related to it and what is the salary of .NET developer.

Salary depends on your location.

.Net - you could learn angularjs and javascript if you intend to do web development.

In general, just get your programming basics right first.
