Firefox Addin/Extender Using C#.net

Hi All,

We want to create an addin/Extender for Firefox, and I have experience with creating addin for IE but I have no idea about how to create addin for Firefox.

Please, if any body has an idea on how to create addins for Firefox and if there are any simple, sample examples please post here.

Please reply your posts here as early as possible.

Note: I Googled it but I didn't find any useful or helpful results

Further to my answer and OP's comment: Since Firefox is cross-platform, it is quite likely that proprietary environments like C#.net are not suitable for such development.

Solution 1

If you google "firefox addon developer guide", you'll get the good stuff from the Mozilla community. I guess that "goggling" isn't as powerful as "googling" ;P

@DD It wasn't his English, just a mildly funny slip of the fingers any of us could make. There is a smiley attached to indicate non-seriousness.
