Can I post an article about new product?

Hello.

I'm new to code project, and I wanted to post an article about the new product - Cx Web Framework. The article would be more than 5000 characters long, and it would contain a description, benefits of the framework, useful links, etc.
I just wanted to check if I'm allowed to do that, or it's contrary to code project advertisement and spam policies.

What I have tried:

Sorry if there is already an obvious answer to this, I couldn't find it.

Although, I think that many ReactJS developers would find Cx framework interesting.
