i tried adding links to CDNs

i did drag and drop of the css and js file from bootstrap package i downloaded from "http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started/"

Answer is YES. You are on the right track by adding .css and .js references. Are you getting errors?

I think Nugget is available in VS 2005 in order to download and use Boostrap to your project... But you can also download it accordingly:

no, nuget package is not available for vs2005,
