how to convert html file to doc file in asp.net using c# code

Hi friends!

I have one doubt.
In my project there are lots of doc files.
I want to open these files in a web page. any updatations are done directly doc file are updated.
How is it possible in asp.net?
Please send code for that. I am also using tinemce dll file

i convert document file to html file and then by using tinemce dll it will be editable in web page after saving is done the weh page again save to doc file

so how to convert html file document file

yes right now doc to html file convertion is over
i want html to doc file convertion coding
