Solution 2

select Build ->Publish (application name)->select option ->OK

verify out put :open Application Folder ->open Publish -see set up .

find any mistakes please reply.....

To add an icon, just check the "user desktop" part of your setup project. There is where you create the shortcut and specify the icon.
