How to pass listbox selected values to sql server 2005 stored procedure?

Hi All,

In my application I have 7 listboxes.Each list box has morethan 100 listitems.

Please suggest me the best way to pass the selected listitem values(including text values also) to stored procedure in sql server 2005.
