LINQ TO XML : How to bind a control to data from xml in silverlight using linq

I want to bind data to datagrid retrieving data from d xml.. um able to do it if the xml is not hierarical and the xml contains on;ly one descendant and then common attributes and elements. but if the xml is not uniform throughout i am unable to bind it.. pls help me with a suitable example.

thanx ryan, but actually i ve already seen this anwer.. in my case my xml is not uniform.. it has got several nodes.. i am unable to access data of that into my data grid.
