open pop up window on top of the desktop

how to open a pop up window on top of desktop above all the applications opened on the desktop on an event occured in my application and my application is minimized.
Like in the antivirius updation when the updation is completed it show a pop up window on the desktop for it.

I want to do it from the javascript.
Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Solution 1

This is a Web page; its "desktop" is only one Windows (or even the Tab) of the Web browser. Thanks goodness if cannot create a message box (alert) on top of the system desktop! How would the user see which application if belongs to?!!
