"You can't reliably do this. You could use a virus-like technique to hook into the Windows kernel, but your application is liable to be blocked by a virus scanner."


try to run it as windows service.

Even services show up in Task Manager.
This was asked and answered in the past. You can run it as a service, but it will still show up in the task manager under services.

Why, exactly are you trying to do this? I know that a company I worked for built the application as a driver and it was utterly undetectable. It was for a program to monitor student's computer usage.

The only reason I can see to do this, is malicious. Thank goodness you can't.

There a numerous legitimate reasons to do this - not including the myriad of purposes that ehtical hackers, and digital forensic professionals have.

It has been a long time since only malicious users created hidden processes.
