Which field Required Primary Key ?

This is a routine task and relatively simple task of formulating requirements and translating them into a database schema. Some teams using a rotten practice to sub-contract a "data architect". I think you better get this qualification by yourself.

Start with initial requirements, be ready to modify them later when you get better understanding the problem. That's why the development has to be iterative. (This is the reason why I think using short-term contract for this purpose is impractical.)

Whatever you do, hash the passwords with salt before storing them. Otherwise this sounds suspiciously like hw...

Good point; so many patients are asking about storing and "decrypting" (I can imagine the level of security the picture!) passwords. My 5.
