Hello friend please see this..

after creating a website

1) right click solution explorer
2) select add new item
3) select master page
4) design master page as per your requirement
5) right click your designed master page
6) select add content page
7) do any thing you want with content page


you can also add content page as many as you need

OR

NESTED MASTER PAGE : You can also have multiple master pages and you can create a master page in an existing master page...

ya we can have nested master page also,for that the same procedure we have to follow....
