Please guide me to do a best career tools
Posted

It all depends on what path you want your career to take and what opportunities are available to you now. Since no-one can say with certainty what tool everyone will be using next year it is impossible to answer such a question. Choose one that you are comfortable with and that is in demand now and make sure you learn every aspect of it.

I've no idea, go and look at the job advertisements in your area, talk to some of the recruitment agencies, etc.
First of all, please don't make your subject your question. Second, please use capitals and spaces where necessary.
Third, .NET is more than simply a tool. It is a framework (or collection of libraries, as you will) that can be used for almost countless of tasks.
So if you have learnt the .NET technology, as you say, surely your career path is set and you should be able to know yourself which tools are best for what operation. An ORM for database access, a logging framework for logging, validation framework for validating etc.
So what exactly is your question? Do you want to know which 'tools' you should use to make best use of the .NET framework or do you want to learn a completely new language, such as Java or C++?
And in any case you are the only one who could make a correct decision about it. Coming here to ask this shows that you have not at all learnt the .NET technology and probably don't understand programming at all. I suggest you start reading some books, some articles, get some practice etc. The .NET technology (and probably any technology) is never fully learnt as it is constantly expanding. So if this is the path you've chosen stick with it until you need something else.
