How to Import and Export the contacts from a Private mail server (e.g-Web mail in intranet/VPN) in asp.net?

I want to add new contacts in the web mail(in intranet/Virtual Private Network) and fetch the contacts from
the web mail(not gmail). So How it is possible?

Remember that Here "web mail" behave as a private mail server which is using by our organization in this time.

Please tell me the right answer.

r u using datbase. if not use database its one option.
