Solution 2

If you are using win XP OS. Then us Radmin Viewer a third party s/w to RDC. It will allow you to take control of other machine without disturb .

Use Key Logger...Just you need money to buy this..

It will give you screen shots of that system.The will file details on which he is working and all details which you want
