Anything is possible.

Depends on what you mean by "like" as well.

I would suspect that if you want to use a Microsoft Office (Word) Addin (which you seem to be referring) then you would need to automate Word via C#. Word itself would then call the Addin. You can google for example of automation.

My experience, although not recent, is that that is difficult. Works once you figure out the exact steps but figuring them out in the first place is difficult.

If you just want to output PDF then there are more direct solutions for C# than that.
