Downloading a folder from a mobile phone

Hi all,
How to download a voice folder(.amr extension) from a mobile phone when it is connected to PC and store it in MySQL database? Please help me.

You need to mention the mobile platform and the SDK you are using to write the app to connect the mobile to PC
