Message Notification for blog feeds

Is it possible for me to sign-up to receive a notification whenever an article of my blog feed receives a comment? I tried adding my blog feed to my Watched Items but that didn't seem to work.

EDIT: I am referring in particular to my blog articles on Code Project and the comments received on those blog articles.

There are tons of tools available in the market. One of them is http://www.notify.me/[^]

Superfeedr is like our rss backend system that turns rss/atom feeds into message however it works faster and has better feed coverage.
