My windows server downing frequently

Hi Dude can any one solve my windows server problem.

My Windows server downing once or twice per day, When the time of downing all the projects hosted in this server is always loading(not comes to en and not performs any action).

Once the server down, it don't comes normal at all. If i do IISAdministrator service restarted means the problem will be solved.

I don't know why the problem is frequently occurring
can any one tell me why the problem occurs frequently, and how to be troubleshooted?
