How to Bind the DropdownList Using Javascipt

Hi,

I have the Javascript Function which having the values, using those values i have to bind the DropdownList in that javascript Function Only, bcz in my linkbutton i'm using onclientclick event.plz share if any sample code?

I tried the above example, but i'm getting error like PageMethods is Undefined.
Even in my MasterPage i given <asp:ScriptManager ID="ScriptManager1" runat="server" EnablePageMethods="true" EnablePartialRendering="true" ScriptMode="Release"
LoadScriptsBeforeUI="true"> in ScriptManager.
My exactly Senario Likewhen i click on button1 i have to bind dropdown with values. and when i click on button2 in the same page then again same dropdown i hv to bind with anthor values. for buttons i'm taking Onclientclick event
