This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
Perhaps if you showed us what the string did look like? the relevant code fragment, and so forth, it might help?

This exception is thrown when the email id is not correct format while using MailAddress object:
