Every one can make a window form ,,but how to add attractive properties and make it a richest application ...please help

Beauty comes from functionality and convenience, not from anything else. Think thoroughly about the workflow of your user: what should be done? how to make the functionality of the application very clear from the first glance? how to make the content well readable and understandable?

One on the most important qualities of the UI to reach those goals is the absence of non-functional decorations. You should not allow a single line, or color change or gradient without clear purpose of such element. The UI should clearly show most important controls from less frequently used, "drill-down" ones.

If you think about all that and reach the goals of the UI, everyone will agree it's beautiful.

The Solution 1 and 2 given already are good.

I want to add that the Winforms SkinFramework[^] can also be used improve appearance of a form.
