how to solve BAD_POOL_HEADER (19) problem

I am getting BAD_POOL_HEADER(19)problem when I am using ExFreePool api to free the memory, please suggest me how to solve this issue.

Solution 2

There was problem with memory allocation, we were not passing the enough size for the memory requirement.
