Gridview Update Problem

Hello,

I am using sqldatasource for gridview. I have done update functionality using update command of sqldatasource. I want to check wheather column value changed or not at time of updating.
I am gridview Rowupdating event in which 'e.oldvalue' & 'e.NewValue' present. But it is not getting actual value. Please tell me correct use of NewValue & OldValue Property of GridView RowUpdate Or Some Other solution.
