easy way to export grid data to excel in winform?

hi i tried many examples but all examples are binding grid view in page load..
but in my application am searching records in two textbox and showing tat records in datagridview and tat datagrid view am exporting to excel but am getting error as "object reference is not ......"

so can any one suggest me any other example?
