Solution 2

create a JOB (in SQL Server Agent). For creating a NEW JOB there are simple steps.

1. General<br />
2. Steps<br />
3. Schedule<br />
4. Alerts<br />
5. Notification<br />
6. Target

In these above steps you have to fill the respective fields. and then you can execute QUERIES or SCHEDULES. etc.
