There are software to do this. (Winscp/cuteftp). In those software you enter your domain details(ip+port+user name+password) and login to your domain. Then they open up a side by side explorer utility in which one side your local files an the other side is you domain files. You upload your files to wwwroot folder (w3root etc). That's all the fun!
