Suggest IDE for c++ in which every thing is install

hello

can you please suggest me any IDE (Like net Beam and Eclipse) where i can do coding in c++.
But from today i try to do coding in netbeam. i added plugin of c++.
Then i download Cygwin .and then set the path . but when i open the IDE the same pop is display .
compiler is not found.

can you please give some IDE or like where only i download and start coding.

I believe the Qt 5.0.1 download here[^] contains QtCreator, mingw (gcc), and of course the fantastic Qt libraries :)
