Sending a email with Turbo/Visual C++?

Hi,

I need help sending a email with Visual C++ or Turbo C++. I can't find any standard email components with Visual C++ or Tubo C++. How would I do this? or what Component can I Use?

With Turbo C++ you wont even get any component to connect with network
