there is no meaning of this question .iam not sure what space ur telling.you can try cell spacing ,cell padding

tr represents a row and td represents a column. So think it this way, your question makes no sense.
Please use 'improve question' widget and correct your question.

The question does not look complete or correct, because tr is the vertically aligned element, and td is horizontally aligned. Also, there are lines of different thickness. Who knows how you can count a "space" between something vertical and something horizontal?
