creating add-on and app in firefox and chrome

Hai All,

My client wants addon in firefox and apps for other browsers for his website. what are the requirements for this, and any platform avialable for creating these .can we develop these using asp.net.i'm very new for this .can any one guide me

Development of any browser plug-ins has nothing to do with ASP.NET. I think you have no clue of what you want to achieve and/or unaware of the purpose of ASP.NET; don't know how about your client, maybe you misunderstood the requirements. To learn what ASP.NET does, please see:

After we revealed that the question makes no sense, I think discussion of the plug-in development also makes no sense, as it might be just a waste of time.

if you have no idea (which is what you're saying) how to develop plugins then i'd suggest telling your client, or subcontracting out the work to someone who does.
