How to modify dll file vb.net 2012

hi,

i am create project in two languages english and arabic(Kuwait) language. I asign arabic names to all controls when we will select arabic language. suppose in future, any control name need to correct because it was given wrong meaning, how to modify that name using .dll file by customer directly without developer help.

pls any one help me

Actually you need to use globalization through which you can produce your application to support more than one language
