Updation of People and Group List item using SharePoint Designer

Hi All,

I have created a share Point Designer Workflow to Create list item into other list based on some condition, on item created and updated, but when it is running at that time it is not updating people and group column, it is showing some says
"The workflow could not update the item, possibly because one or more columns for the item require a different type of information."

Please help..
