enable windows authentication account in sql server 2008

guyz i disabled my windows authentication account accidentally from sql server management studio.
Now i am not able to login or use any other thing from sql server management studio.. It gives error while connecting like : Login failed for user 'username'. Reason : The account is disabled.
I dont have any other account.. I am searching for the solution since morning but no gain...

Solution 1

on the object explorer click on the server instance name and go to property. select security option and there will be an option to change authentication mode from sql to window by click on radiobutton.
