holdding data offline and sending into main database.. :)

i have a project to be implemented into a network maintaining central database. when the computer is connected in network, data should be stored in the central data base if the offline storage is to be maintained and send to the data base as soon as that is connected into network. somebody suggest me how to implement this idea. :)

what i want to do is store the data using Sqlite and later send to the SQl server when it is connected.. :).. how can i accomplish that.. :).
