How to make Collapse jQuery or Collapse Bootstrap multiple level?

My ability of English is not good, now I have a problem is I want to make a menu collapse jQuery or coolapse bootstrap that have a multiple rank or multiple level (>2 or >3 level) sush as a picture below but I don't know how to do it, so I need a guide, link direction, or instruction to make a reference, thank all very much :

Your image looks more like accordion then menu. Anyhow, what have you tried? There are plenty of examples of nested menus and even menu generators on the net...the looks are just a matter of CSS.
