how to remove %2f from the URL

Hello guys, I have deployed my application on server when I go to my URL(qprs.aksharmayatechnologies.com) it works fine but as soon as I login to my application and get redirected it automatically append %2f characters which gives me error on further redirection as :Http 404:Resource cannot be found.
I want the URL to be
http://qprs.aksharmayatechnologies.com/Admin/QPRS_MainStart.aspx
instead of
http://qprs.aksharmayatechnologies.com/%2fAdmin%2fQPRS_MainStart.aspx

Any solution on this have done enough googling but cannot find the solution.

Question is 'How to remove "%2f" codes in URLs?'.But above given links only gives information about URL Encoding Reference.
