HI I am taking a dump of one table from another database to my database not all column only selected column .if there is any change in another database in that particular column which i am taking into my database how would i know and how should i update the same in my database .please help.

SQL server has several - built-in - options to synchronize data across databases. I would not advise you to develop something for yourself - use the existing options...
