I've always hankered after a TT but am realistic, I could never fold myself into one of them these days. I do miss driving, it is not viable to own a car in SG, barely get out of 2nd gear and you are across the island and taxes are ridiculous.
I am now waiting till I retire and will probably go for one of those high riding cross overs or maybe the S from Tesla.

Last time I went to an Audi dealer they were so overtly rude I didn't return.

Now there is a dumb design driven by an idiot, image having the lift controls so convenient they can be activate while driving, imagine designing control that don't cut out beyond a minimum speed. The guys is probably doing 80kph through that tunnel.

Hi All,
Can I tap the hive mind for recommendations for a hand held Rugged PC, that is not a tablet. With the following GPS, Scanner, Bar Code Reader, Camera pretty much a known operation system (Win CE6 ideally)
I would say I keep finding PSIONS but dig a bit deeper and they are life ending. Really, I have been looking and can find no consistent view one review says X is great, another review from a different site says X is useless...

I have managed to break my PI addiction at the moment. Although I keep logging in to review plant data/live status and keep thinking, need to build some displays for all this but must resist...
Maybe once I get to my new platform in January I'll look at there systems and there PI db and build some stuff to help get my head round the new plant.

Motorola makes a bunch of these, they are all pretty good from what I remember.
Anyway, I would question why you would spend $2K for one of these, when you can get a smartphone that does all of that for a lot less money, or something like an ipod touch.

Some of the Motorola families were suggested by me. I get feeling that the Smartphone/tablet option is not preferred as these might get 'lost' or 'walk' with people

Looks like I'm about 50 minutes late. Fell asleep in front of the telly drinking beer. You can wish me Happy Birthday now.
