Epic's games are free to download and play with no limits. You need not even install right now, just sign in and click on the Get button using your browser, that's sufficient to add it to your library. You can download and install later and play.

Then how do they make money? Through in-game purchases?
The difficult we do right away...
...the impossible takes slightly longer.

The game costs 39.99€ regular price (or in steam), and it will go back to the price after the 21st.
They offer one game for free every some weeks for some days.

Sorry, not all of the games. Like Nelek said, one game is given free every week, which is then tied to your account. This is what you can install and play at any later time.
Of course, if you pay for a different game, that's tied to your account and downloadable later too.

That's what I usually do.
Reason 1: I don't want to have more than 2 games installed at the same time.
Reason 2: Some of the games would reach the limits on my current pc, so they are just patiently waiting my new machine

They usually are full installers and many even playable offline, at least the single player histories, logically if you play multiplayer you need to go online.

Is "Do not touch" a really unsettling thing to read in Braille?

Kudos, that made my twenty year old laugh.
I’ve given up trying to be calm. However, I am open to feeling slightly less agitated.

I'm sure I remember something just recently in the news, very similar. Something like a notice "Caution, Hot!", repeated in Braille.

Do not read this response!

Hey, give the kid some credit. Rather than doing something really disgusting (like changing his major to marketing), he stuck with it and found a different way to learn how to program.
As a C++ adept, I can freely testify that using it to learn programming would be like learning how to chop onions with a chainsaw.
