I have a front and rear dashcam and while it is useful, in the case of an accident, for general crazy drivers it does not have much of an effect. The police are generally too busy to do anything about dangerous drivers.
So I have added some fluorescent yellow tape around the dashcams and I noticed that it had reduced the number of tailgaters.
It seems that knowing they are being filmed improves the driving of quite a few people.

Of course such footage can not be considered as evidence so it is useless.
Why?
How was it captured? How has that 'evidence' been handled since?
There are strict rules regarding this because of those very issues. Corrupted, tampered with, contaminated evidence is not admissible, and it is very easy to modify video to change the cars details resulting in a wrong conviction.

THis website is very funny: https://rate-driver.co.uk/
for example: https://rate-driver.co.uk/YJ59HHE "Caught this vehicle another parked up behind it (YX58ZVZ) on the hard shoulder of the M62 strangling kittens and slinging their lifeless corpses at anyone who dared progress in any of the 4 lanes on this particular stretch of Yorkshire’s finest motorway."

I wonder if it's related to the youparklikea .com site?
(Replace the emoticon with the word it usually represents here. And in case the site name doesn't make it obvious: watch out for all the naughty language!)

Had you ever heard of Durandal JS[^]?
It was a competitor to Angular back in the day (back in the day here means, not long ago).
Anyways, Durandal gave up apparently because if you to to the site you will see that main site suggests you use Aurelia instead. (You can see a snapshot of the home page => https://i.stack.imgur.com/OrUoy.png[^]
Durandal gave up.
The Next Question
What if Aurelia decides to do the same?

Angular didn't so use that.

Wait. Are you saying that Angular is dead too?* It's about time.
I'd rather use Razor anyways.
Disclaimer*: I know Angular is not dead. I was just trolling the JS devs out there.

Good riddance. One down, about 3.14 million left to go - and the big Tamale, JavaScrapt itself.
I have lived with several Zen masters - all of them were cats.
His last invention was an evil Lasagna. It didn't kill anyone, and it actually tasted pretty good.

That's why I was announcing it's demise too.
Almost every day you hear of a new one, but you rarely get the good news that one has died.

Former Durandal user here. Aurelia is really the new version of Durandal; I'm not sure it "gave up."
Longer version: The author of Durandal, Rob Eisenberg, was hired by Google to work on Angular 2. Rob works on it for several months, only to leave Google over differences in its technical direction.
Later, Rob gets hired by Microsoft. In the meanwhile, he launches Aurelia, which is Durandal evolved into the vision he had for Angular 2.

I kind of thought it might be something like that...but that isn't near as funny.
Actually that is a very interesting story of Durandal's history. Thanks for sharing.

Sounds like Durnadal just renamed themselves as Aurelia...

Edit: after reading my post, I see the dilemma. Either Yoda is redundant of you, or you are redundant of Yoda.
