No mystery at all: it is just another secret rover.
Maybe the NSA is looking for more people/aliens to spy on, they do like to be well prepared.

Someone's going to do it so it might as well be me. Halfway to 11 million would really be 5.5 million.

Yes, I could name a few people who have contributed greatly towards that 10,000,000 number.

"Maths" is correct.
As ex-British convicts, the Australians use the real English language, not the hideous mutation that you 'merkins use.

We're not all convicts!
Quite a few free settlers came over as well (as British officers, servants, adventurers)

"noun ( used with a singular or plural verb ) Chiefly British" - Therefore I concede. You are right, and actually so wrong at the same time.
I can't help it if we took English and made it better. We don't use any of those phony accents those silly Brits use. Except for our southerners and our northerns, and some of the midwest.
Tea?

RyanDev wrote: We don't use any of those phony accents those silly Brits use. Well at least we don't use phony platitudes all the time - "have a nice day, y'all!" and so on.
And we don't describe everything as "AWESOME!!!!!" (whilst pronouncing it "arse-um").
And we don't call women "you guys".

Yeah, we don't tend to put as much emphasis on the "r" as the 'merkins and Canadians do.

- Proper English: /ɑːs/

maths is short for mathematics, and is ubiquitous everywhere English is spoken.
grammar isn't short for anything.
Apparently some less well educated people overseas mistakenly use the word 'math' instead of 'maths'
They are wrong.
